Be Part of the Event!
Planning is underway for the Adelaide Summit, taking place at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide on Thursday 23 July 2026, and we’re inviting passionate engagement professionals to help shape this special event.
There are a several ways you can get involved:
1. Suggest Topics and Speakers
Tell us what topics or themes you want to see at the Summit. You can also nominate speakers or panellists you believe would add value to the programme.
2. Submit a Session or Abstract
Have an idea for a session you’d like to present? Whether it’s a workshop, panel, or case study, we’re keen to hear your proposal.
3. Join the Programme Working Group
We’re seeking members who are keen to contribute their expertise and help shape a dynamic and impactful programme.
About the Working Group
As a member of the Summit Working Group, you’ll play a key role in:
- Shaping the event programme, including topics and speakers
- Providing local insights to inform content and relevance
- Identifying key discussion areas and potential panellists
- Supporting engagement with local networks to enhance participation
Who We're Looking For
We welcome expression of interest from Engagement Institute members who:
- Can commit to monthly virtual meetings and follow-up actions
- Bring a broad range of engagement experience
- Offer insights into engagement practice in South Australia
- Are motivated to contribute to a successful and meaningful event
4. Host a Site Tour
We’re inviting organisations and groups to host site visits in the CBD during the Summit. These tours will give attendees the opportunity to explore projects - completed or in progress - that demonstrate strong community and stakeholder engagement.
